Franklin Delano Roosevelt once stated, “People working together as a group can accomplish things which no individual acting alone could ever hope to bring about.”  This principle has been the foundation of my political career and it is the only way we will survive in our current economy and the only way we will thrive in our future.


If reelected as Mayor, I will build upon the successes of the past three years and continue to pursue:


  1. •Finding a balance between our economy and our environment

  2. •Increasing our use of renewable energy sources to reduce our dependence on imported fossil fuel

  3. •Expanding our public transportation system to enable more of use to get to work and enjoy recreational activities

  4. •Providing effective public services to meet the needs of Maui County residents while remaining fiscally responsible.


I ask for your help and support in the coming election, as it will take all of us together to be successful.
